Developed in coordination with EWI, this innovative machine features resistance heat and touts a minimum weld area of 1 mm².*

Applications that were too small to be joined on our existing traditional and Low Force Friction Welding machines are now possible with this new Microwelder. Our Microwelder forges new opportunities and applications such as consumer electronics and dental/healthcare equipment! Additionally, as part of our Low Force product line, this machine is adaptive and equipped to meet industry-leading evolutions such as new bimetallic joining combinations, part geometries and sizes.

Small-scale joining isn’t the only benefit – you will also experience all the advantages of Low Force Friction Welding, including:

• Smooth Flash and Low Upset

• Faster Cycle Times

• Low Process Forces
