Tooling

MTI has the experience and resources needed to produce tooling specific to any application.

We maintain a large inventory of Friction Welding fixturing and part contract tooling for all lab and production machines, allowing customer jobs that fit into existing tooling to save money on production - MTI does not charge for stock tooling usage. Our assortment of clamp pads include most common inch-fraction diameters in increments of 1/16-inch.

For any parts for which it does not have the appropriate stock tooling, MTI offers custom design manufacturing and tooling services.
